Then we look at your overall health – this can include things like – hormones, chronic diseases, mental health, energy, sleep and others.
From here we look back at what you do now – exercise, nutrition, social, stress, the things you do everyday that influence your decisions.
Finally we look at you … as a person … what makes you, you … what you believe … what are you good at … what are your values … what is important to you … cultures … what you have done before … how what you have done before influences you now.
This is how we work on creating a plan that is unique to you.
